NeverNever Southern Strength Gin

Southern Strength Gin is an overproof gin, packed with spice and classic character. Created from meticulous bartender and consumer feedback, this savory expression is achieved by elevating the angelica root, coriander seed and lemon components - it also utilises the Triple Juniper Process. Southern Strength Gin was Never Never Distilling Co's first Dark Series expression, which is a collection of limited and experimental spirits, before becoming a part of their core range.

Fragrant notes of pine and tart citrus are apparent on the nose, which carries through to a rich and luxurious mouthfeel. The spirit is still juniper dominant, yet beautifully enhanced with a layer of earthy savory character from the elevated botanicals.
This gin was built for bartenders, the higher alcohol content and bold flavor profile was designed with classic cocktail creation in mind.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Fragrant pine mingling with bright citrus and earthy angelica. Coriander seed elevates the citrus character

Palate: Oily, viscous and immediately savory. Juniper still dominates, however it is complimented with earthy notes of angelica root and coriander seed

Finish: Rich and robust, with pepper berry spice and cinnamon warmth developing later
