Alipús is an artisanal mezcal from Los Danzantes, a cooperative of food lovers and mezcal producers. San Andres is made of espadin agave grown at 1,036m in the chalk rich soil south of Oaxaca. Under the watch of Master Distiller Don Valente Ángel García Juárez, this mezcal is roasted in an underground pit, shredded, and fermented 15 days. A rich, floral and light agave spirit.
